The day tour in Munich.... I believe this is the Womens' church... hence an appropriate picture...

The only Santa Claus in sight... the tradition in Germany tends to follow Chris Kindt (baby christ... or Babe jeezuuuhs.... who not only gets born under your tree... but also randomly has really good tast in presents, and brings YOU everthing you could possibly ask for .... no wonder they call him jeeeeeeesus...

This is the 27th....frrrrrrrrrrrrreeying in Muncih, but that doesn't stop us from getting an exclusive tour by Bernh's mom, Emily' of old Munich.... this is one of the only fountains we saw that was left uncovered in the freezing weather.... thus, a pretty clear depiction of how the weather is this time of year in M.

Random cool art in the middle of a Strasse in Munich... this is made out of reddish plastic... a forest of sorts... I dig...

Bern's old friend, Robert, and his fiance, Hanni.... We had a nice dinner with them the night after Christmas... good times in an older ish part of Munich.... but a very posh spot... a nice evening without a doubt

Oh yes, still tired and sick.... and in next to freezing Munich weather.... this is the first moment I was able to step out after two days of being bed ridden and coughy.... Bernh decides to show me something awesome.... something so very typical to a Californian... but in a not so typical... scenario

Surfing in a river in the middle of Munich? whatthe? the wave never crashes... there are no sharks... but these guz are sooo badass because five minutes later... it snows!!!

This is Christmas day... coming back from a brief tour of Munich by Bernh, he has us drop in on his old art teacher, Michael, who designed the sets and all costumes for Jesus Christ Super Star which was seen by only about a million and a half people and traveled through Munich, Prague, and Rio de Janeiro... cool Bulgarian man who lives a very inspiring life... a fun treat to meet this man!
